Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- sage - 2 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- poultry seasoning - 2 tsp
- chopped green peppers - 1 c
- broth
- stalks celery, diced - 4 item
- cornbread - 2 c
How to make cornbread dressing:
Cook celery, onion and green peppers in butter over low heat until tender, not browned. Blend bread and seasonings. Add celery, onion and green peppers; toss lightly. Pour broth over; mix. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Christmas, Side dish, Stuffings Dressings.
