Corn vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- broccoli flowerets - 2 c
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- cauliflower - 1 c
- can new golden corn soup - 1 item
How to make corn vegetable medley:
In saucepan, heat milk and soup to boiling. Stir in raw broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. Return to boiling. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. (Add extra milk, if needed, to keep from boiling dry.) Stir in Cheddar cheese. Heat through and serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Carrots, Broccoli.
