Ingredients/Components
- large onion - 1 item
- can cream corn - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- half and half - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make corn soup:
Chop onion coarsely; cook in broth 15 minutes. Put corn in blender; add onion and broth. Blend to smooth and put in casserole. Add milk and cream. Taste for seasoning. Heat through but do not boil. A little Accent adds to taste.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Soups & stews.
