  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • diced celery - 1/2 c
  • green onions, chopped - 4 item
  • can Shoepeg corn, drained - 1 item
  • bell pepper, diced - 1/2 item

How to make corn salad:

Dressing:1/4 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. mayonnaise1 Tbsp. vinegar1 tsp. dry mustard Mix salad ingredients. Combine dressing and pour over salad; mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
