Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
• prepared mustard - 1 tsp
• mayonnaise - 1/2 c
• diced celery - 1 c
• chopped green onion - 1 Tbsp
• green pepper, chopped - 1 item
• can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item

How to make corn salad:

Mix corn with onions, celery, green pepper, mustard, salt, lemon juice, fold in mayonnaise. Chill thoroughly.
