Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans drained corn - 2 item
How to make corn salad:
Mix together drained corn, chopped onion and chopped bell pepper. Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Combine vegetables with liquid; refrigerate 24 hours. May add tomato just before serving.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Corn.
