Corn relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 pt
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onions - 4 item
- turmeric - 1 Tbsp
- green bell peppers - 3 item
- whole cut corn 4 cans - 8 c
- red peppers or 1 large jar pimentos - 3 item
How to make corn relish:
Chop peppers and onions. Mix all together. Put in large kettle. Cook about 25 minutes. Fill pint jars to one-inch of top seal. Put in water bath. When this boils, process 5 minutes. Makes 8 pints.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
