Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- white vinegar
- corn - 10 c
- mustard seed
- turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- chopped red pepper - 1 c
How to make corn relish:
Combine corn with remaining ingredients and boil 15 minutes. Pack into sterilized Kerr jars to within 1/2 inch of top. Put on cap. Screw band firmly tight. Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
