Corn relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 4 Tbsp
- cider vinegar
- green peppers - 3 item
- onions - 10 item
- large head cabbage - 1 item
- ears of corn - 18 item
- ground mustard - 5 Tbsp
- red peppers - 3 item
- bunches celery - 4 item
How to make corn relish:
Chop all very fine, except corn (cut if off cob). Boil all together for 30 to 40 minutes. Put in jars. A little turmeric added before removing from stove will make relish yellow.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
