Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 5 item
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • instant minced onions - 1 tsp
  • cans creamed corn - 2 item
  • Season-All
  • dash of cayenne or white pepper - 1 item
  • can large Niblets corn Green Giant - 1 item

How to make corn pudding:

Mix creamed corn and eggs. Combine sugar, cornstarch, Season-All, dry mustard, onion and pepper. Stir into corn mixture. Add milk and butter. Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 1 hour. Stir once after 30 minutes.
