Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 5 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- instant minced onions - 1 tsp
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
- Season-All
- dash of cayenne or white pepper - 1 item
- can large Niblets corn Green Giant - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Mix creamed corn and eggs. Combine sugar, cornstarch, Season-All, dry mustard, onion and pepper. Stir into corn mixture. Add milk and butter. Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 1 hour. Stir once after 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
