Corn pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- corn, drained - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and sugar. Add milk gradually. Stirring, cook over medium heat until thickened. When it boils, it is thickened. Stir in corn and eggs. Pour into a greased casserole. Set in shallow pan of hot water. Bake 15 minutes at 375°, then 30 minutes at 350°. Check; if knife placed into the center comes out clean and middle is firm, it is done.
