Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- minced onions - 1 Tbsp
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
- minced green pepper - 1/4 c
- minced pimento - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, sugar and salt. Combine corn with other ingredients. Add to the milk mixture and mix well. Pour into a buttered casserole and bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
