Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- well beaten egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
- saltine crackers, crumbled - 1 c
How to make corn pudding:
Mix all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
