Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- yellow corn meal - 1/2 c
- small can sliced black olives - 1 item
- small can diced Ortega chilies - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Mix all together and bake in casserole at 375° for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Can add any leftovers, green pepper, pimiento, mushrooms, walnuts, etc. A show-stopper.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
