Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 10 Tbsp
- evaporated milk
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- oleo - 4 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
How to make corn pudding:
Grease casserole. Mix flour and corn. Add eggs, oleo and add milk gradually. Add salt and pepper. Top with buttered crumbs and sprinkle with paprika. Pour in casserole. Then place in shallow pan of water. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 10 to 12 servings. Must put in pan of water so it will not stick when baking.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
