Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 2 tsp
- black pepper - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- eggs, whipped - 4 item
- bag frozen corn - 20 oz
How to make corn pudding:
Melt corn a bit, then chop a bit (not fine) in processor. Blend into mixture of eggs, milk and butter. Add sugar, salt, black pepper and Tabasco. Put into baking dish (greased). Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or a little longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
