Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
How to make corn pudding:
Mix together the eggs, creamed corn, 1 cup bread crumbs, evaporated milk and salt. Put in a 3-quart buttered casserole. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 stick butter, sliced and placed on top of crumbs. Bake at 350°, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.
