Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • cans creamed corn - 2 item

How to make corn pudding:

Mix together the eggs, creamed corn, 1 cup bread crumbs, evaporated milk and salt. Put in a 3-quart buttered casserole. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 stick butter, sliced and placed on top of crumbs. Bake at 350°, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean. Good served with meat dishes (ham, turkey, etc.). Serves 10.
