Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • half and half - 7/8 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • margarine - 3 Tbsp

How to make corn pudding:

Blend margarine, flour, sugar and salt in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Add frozen corn. Beat eggs and cream together and pour over corn. Bake at 325° for about an hour, until the pudding is nearly set. If the corn was frozen, stir after about 15 minutes to distribute corn.
