Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste - 1 item
- cooked corn, drained saving liquid - 2 cans
How to make corn pudding:
Mix flour, sugar and seasonings. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in milk. (You can substitute 1 cup of corn liquid instead of milk.) Stir in corn. Pour into 2-quart casserole sprayed with Pam and cover. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
