Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
  • stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste - 1 item
  • cooked corn, drained saving liquid - 2 cans

How to make corn pudding:

Mix flour, sugar and seasonings. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in milk. (You can substitute 1 cup of corn liquid instead of milk.) Stir in corn. Pour into 2-quart casserole sprayed with Pam and cover. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
