  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • salt
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • Cups milk - 2 item
  • Cups fresh corn, cut from the cob, when not in season use, canned whole kernel corn or frozen corn - 2 item

How to make corn pudding:

Mix all ingredients together except milk and butter. Add butter to milk and heat so that butter melts. Add to corn mixture. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole. Bake one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
