Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 5 item
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 3 Tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cans cream style corn - 2 oz
- half and half or milk - 1/2 c
- Dash powdered cinnamon - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the eggs, sugar, flour, salt, pepper and cream or milk. Add the corn. Put the mixture in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle the surface with the cheese. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour until a qRecipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
