- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 2 less
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- tomatoes
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- yellow corn meal - 1/2 c
- kidney beans
How to make corn pone pie:
Topping:1/2 c. flour1/4 tsp. salt2 tsp. baking powder1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. yellow corn meal1/4 c. shortening3/4 c. milk1 egg Combine ingredients, except topping, and cook for 20 minutes.
