Corn pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can creamed corn - 1 item
How to make corn pancakes:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, milk and egg. Add corn and mix well. Brush large skillet or griddle with butter and drop mixture by tablespoons, a few at a time. Cook until golden brown, turn and cook on other side. Keep warm in oven, loosely covered, until all are done. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
