Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 5 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
How to make corn fritters:
Sift dry ingredients; add egg. Add milk and butter. Stir all ingredients until smooth. Let stand 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonful into deep fat (360°). Serve with hot syrup or honey.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
