  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • corn flakes - 2 c

How to make corn flake cookies:

Cream shortening; add sugars and eggs. Slowly add dry ingredients after stirring together. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
