Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- cream - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 3 c
- peanuts - 1/2 c
How to make corn flake bars:
Combine and boil sugar, corn syrup and cream to soft ball stage or until candy thermometer reaches 236°. Work fast as you add corn flakes, peanuts and coconut. Spread in greased 8-inch square pan.
