Corn custard
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soft butter - 2 Tbsp
- can creamed corn - 1 item
How to make corn custard:
Double recipe if using large casserole, using 1 can of whole kernel corn and 1 can of cream-style corn.Beat ingredients together slightly. Pour in greased casserole. Bake 1 hour at 400°. Test with a silver knife in center as you would for any custard. Casserole is done when knife comes out clean.
