Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • soft butter - 2 Tbsp
  • can creamed corn - 1 item

How to make corn custard:

Double recipe if using large casserole, using 1 can of whole kernel corn and 1 can of cream-style corn.

Beat ingredients together slightly. Pour in greased casserole. Bake 1 hour at 400°. Test with a silver knife in center as you would for any custard. Casserole is done when knife comes out clean.
