Corn chowder soup


Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- onion, diced - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- to 3 strips bacon - 2 item
- potatoes, cubed - 2 item
- finely sliced ham - 1 c
How to make corn chowder soup:
Fry bacon (2 or 3 strips) until crisp. Remove bacon and fry onion until limp. Add potatoes and water; boil until potatoes are done. Add corn, milk, salt and ham. Top with cheese and bacon. Simmer.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Pork, Chowders.
