Ingredients/Components
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of potato soup - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large celery stalks, chopped - 2 item
- can cream celery soup - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make corn chowder:
Saute onion and celery in 1 stick oleo. Add water, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Add corn, soups and milk. Garnish with parsley. Do not dilute soups.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
