Corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 item
- carrots, cut up - 2 item
- stalks celery, cut up - 2 item
How to make corn chowder:
Saute onion in butter. Add celery, carrots, potatoes, water, salt and pepper. Simmer until tender. Add creamed corn and milk. Heat and serve.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
