Ingredients/Components
- beaten egg - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- Jiffy muffin mix - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn I pour some liquid off before I add to mix - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 hour in a well greased casserole dish. I use a 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 12-inch dish.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
