Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Velveeta cheese - 4 oz
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- corn meal - 1/3 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in an oblong Pyrex dish. May be doubled to use in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
