Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 1
- cans Green Giant Mexicorn - 2 item
How to make corn casserole:
Add onion to hamburger meat in large skillet. Brown and drain. Prepare rice according to instructions on package. Add margarine; stir until melted. Add corn, soup, grated cheese and hamburger mixture. Stir until well blended. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven, sprinkle some cheese on top and for color you can sprinkle on some paprika.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
