Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- onion - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
- green pepper optional - 1/2 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Saute onion and pepper in oleo. Mix corn, eggs, onion, pepper and corn muffin mix. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Put sour cream by teaspoon on top, then sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
