  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • can whole corn - 1 item
  • green pepper optional - 1/2 item
  • box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item

How to make corn casserole:

Saute onion and pepper in oleo. Mix corn, eggs, onion, pepper and corn muffin mix. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Put sour cream by teaspoon on top, then sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
