Ingredients/Components
- can yellow creamed corn - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- crushed crackers - 1 c
- chopped pimento - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Melt butter; add onions and saute. Add corn, milk, egg, pimento and cracker crumbs. Bake in greased casserole dish for 50 minutes at 350°. Top with buttered bread crumbs.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
