Ingredients/Components
- whole kernel corn - 17 oz
- jar pimento, chopped - 2 oz
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make corn casserole:
Combine all ingredients; mix well and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
