- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cream-style corn - 2 c
- whole corn - 1 c
- box corn bread mix Jiffy - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a shallow casserole dish at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Before removing from oven, top with grated Cheddar cheese and allow to melt.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
