- eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item
- large bag grated cheese - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Pour in corn bread mix and cheese; mix well. Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour mixture over melted margarine. Bake at 350° approximately 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
