Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can chilies - 1 item
- Bisquick or 1 c - 1 c
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated if use with jalapenos, omit chilies - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Pour half of mixture into a greased casserole dish (deep). Add half of the chilies and grated cheese. Layer with rest of corn mixture; top with chilies and cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until top is golden and center is set.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
