Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- box corn muffin mix such as Jiffy - 1 1/2
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all of the ingredients. Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
