Ingredients/Components
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- scalded milk - 1 c
- large eggs - 3 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Combine all ingredients except eggs in a large bowl. Whip the eggs until fluffy; fold into other mixture and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
