Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- yellow cornmeal - 1 c
- large eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- can chopped green chiles, drained - 1 oz
- c - 2 oz
- cans yellow creamed corn - 2 1/2
How to make corn casserole:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add cornmeal, garlic salt and baking soda to mixture. Pour into a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
