Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese over top. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes or until center is firm. Delicious served hot or cold.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
