  • eggs - 2 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • corn muffin mix - 1 pkg

How to make corn casserole:

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese over top. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes or until center is firm. Delicious served hot or cold.
