Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- can yellow cream-style corn - 1 oz
- can whole kernel yellow corn undrained - 1 oz
How to make corn casserole:
Mix together all ingredients except butter. Melt butter in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour mixture over it. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for approximately one hour.Note: May double for 10 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake same length of time.
