Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
  • can yellow cream-style corn - 1 oz
  • can whole kernel yellow corn undrained - 1 oz

How to make corn casserole:

Mix together all ingredients except butter. Melt butter in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour mixture over it. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for approximately one hour.

Note: May double for 10 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake same length of time.
