- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- can whole corn, drained - 1 item
- Shredded cheese - 1 item
- can cream corn - 1 item
- Sour cream - 1 item
- Jiffy corn mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Saut?© butter, onion, and green pepper. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cream corn, whole corn, and corn mix. Add the saut?©ed ingredients. Pour into a 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13 pan. Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
