Ingredients/Components
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can cream style corn - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
How to make corn casserole:
Melt margarine. Slightly beat 2 eggs and set aside. When margarine is melted, add corn with liquid, sour cream, and sugar. Stir and add eggs. Add corn muffin mix. Stir well. Pour into a 1 3/4 quart casserole dish that is coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for one hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
