Ingredients/Components
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn do not drain - 1 item
- box cornbread mix - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
How to make corn casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter or margarine. Beat the eggs first and then add to butter or margarine. Add the onion, both cans of corn, the bread mix and the cheese, mixing well. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Test for doneness. Don't overbake.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
