Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- flour - 1/4 c
- corn - 2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- hot sauce - 2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese
How to make corn casserole:
Saut?© onions and peppers. Mix in flour. Add tomatoes, corn, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and 2 cups cheese. Mix well. Put in buttered 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Last 5 minutes of baking, add 1/2 cup cheese on top.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
