  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp

  • corn meal - 1 c
  • oil vegetable - 2 Tbsp

How to make corn cakes:

Combine all ingredients. Put on hot griddle, like pancakes. Great with your favorite syrup!
