Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour
  • margarine - 1 item
  • cooked corn - 1 c
  • rich milk or canned milk - 1/2 c

How to make corn cakes:

Mix all the ingredients together. Melt margarine in frying pan. Dip the corn mixture into the pan and fry as you do pancakes.

This is a good way to use up leftover corn from the night before. Be sure to drain liquid off before adding the rest of the ingredients.
