Corn cakes
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour
- margarine - 1 item
- cooked corn - 1 c
- rich milk or canned milk - 1/2 c
How to make corn cakes:
Mix all the ingredients together. Melt margarine in frying pan. Dip the corn mixture into the pan and fry as you do pancakes.This is a good way to use up leftover corn from the night before. Be sure to drain liquid off before adding the rest of the ingredients.
